Medicinal herbs, seeds, roots, barks & petals are soaked in organic alcohol for a minimum of 6-8 weeks, drawing out alcohol soluble constituents of the individual herbs. I strain, separate and bottle the finished product into Amber glass bottles with dropper tops. It is important for us to know each herb and what it is capable of doing for our health. I recommend starting slowly with just a drop or 2, to see how your body reacts to each herb. If you take prescription meds please seek advice from your healthcare provider before introducing herbal remedies into your diet. The standard dosing for tinctures is recommended for a 150 lb man...3 dropperfulls, 3 times per day...you may use this as your guidelines to find your personal preference.
